Obituary for Ginger Ann Callegan

Ginger Ann Callegan, 33, was born on June 15, 1984 in New Orleans, LA to her parents, Valerie and Paul (step-dad) Terpening and Ched and Christe (step-mom) Callegan. She graduated from D’Iberville High School in 2003.
Ginger's greatest and most prized accomplishments in life were her children, Devon Darrow, Kaylee Marchese and Salvatore “lil man”. She also leaves behind the love of her life and soulmate, Jakob Cook; brother, Shaun (Ryna) Callegan; sisters, Amanda (JP) Dixon and Chandler Callegan; step-brothers, David (Shannon) Ballard and Eric Terpening; step-sister, Sara Terpening; and grandmother, Rita Tardiff; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Ginger never met a stranger and was always taking care of others. Her beauty was undeniable inside and out. Although taken from us too soon, she will live on in our hearts and minds forever.
A visitation for Ginger will be held Wednesday February 28, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home, followed by a 3:00 pm service in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home.
